Within the RESCORE team, comprised of entrepreneurs and business professionals active in underserved communities, a consistent challenge has been identified. Many entrepreneurs lack one or more of three critical elements necessary to fully leverage services designed for business growth: Availability, Access, and Awareness.

Despite the existence of numerous initiatives providing resources to these communities, a significant number of businesses—both for-profit and non-profit—remain unaware of the opportunities available to them. This lack of awareness diminishes the overall impact of these resources. RESCORE seeks to bridge this gap by enhancing knowledge sharing through social learning, ultimately empowering community members to strengthen their businesses and foster sustainability.

The platform will serve as a valuable resource for mentors, accommodating varying skill levels and experiences, as we recognize that every individual has something valuable to offer. By promoting social learning, the platform will keep younger members of the community engaged while enabling seasoned mentors to extend their support more effectively. Furthermore, local businesses and organizations, including Chambers of Commerce, will have the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment by sponsoring and mentoring participants directly through the platform, all at no cost to those seeking education.
